DALLAS — Many Dallas city offices and facilities will be closed on Friday, September 4, 2026, for the second of three scheduled citywide mandatory furlough days. All emergency services and critical services such as Dallas Water Utilities, Sanitation, and Love Field/Executive Airport will remain operational.
