DALLAS — Dallas Park and Recreation will temporarily close select facilities on August 7.
To minimize impacts on residents during the peak summer season, Dallas Park and Recreation rescheduled its furlough days to August, allowing recreation centers to remain open during one of the department's busiest times of the year while still meeting the City's furlough requirements.
Friday, August 7: Recreation centers will be closed. Aquatics facilities, administrative offices, and maintenance facilities will remain open and operate on their regular schedules.
