On view June 6 through July 24, 2026
Dallas – The Latino Cultural Center (LCC) is proud to present the 18th annual “Hecho en Dallas” exhibition, one of North Texas’ longest-running open-call exhibitions celebrating regional artists. “Hecho en Dallas” continues to spotlight the creative force shaping the DFW metroplex arts community today. The 2026 open call received a record-breaking 470 submissions, the highest number in the exhibition’s history. Selected works span photography, painting, sculpture, installation, mixed media and more. A free and open to the public opening reception will take place from 6 to 9 p.m., Saturday, June 6, 2026 at the LCC.
Through the duration of the exhibition, the LCC will present a robust lineup of public programming including artist talks, guided tours, performances, and community-centered events designed to further engage audiences with the exhibition and the artists involved. This year, timing of the exhibition will occur when the city is expected to experience its highest tourism of the year, welcoming residents and visitors to experience the talent found in DFW.
