opening reception at Dallas City Hall

What

The City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture in partnership with Baylor Scott & White Health, will host an opening reception for the “Arts in Medicine” exhibition at Dallas City Hall as part of Dallas Arts Month.

The exhibition features artwork created through Baylor Scott & White’s “Arts in Medicine” program, which integrates visual art, music and creative expression into patient care to support emotional well-being and healing. The program provides therapeutic opportunities such as art therapy, music therapy and open studio experiences that help patients and families process illness, reduce stress and foster connection through creativity.

The City Hall exhibition highlights works created by participants in the program, offering a glimpse into how creativity can help individuals navigate times of challenge and recovery.
