Dallas – The Latino Cultural Center (LCC), in collaboration with the Texas Folklife, is proud to present “Fiestas Navideñas” happening from 2 to 6 p.m., Sunday, December 14, 2025 at the LCC, located at 2600 Live Oak St., Dallas, Texas 75204. This family-friendly event is free and open to the public.
Formerly known as “Las Posadas” at the Latino Cultural Center, the re-envisioned Fiestas Navideñas reflects a growing partnership between Texas Folklife and the LCC, working together to expand the celebration and highlight holiday traditions representing the diverse Latinx cultures of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
Fiestas Navideña will showcase:

Live performances featuring seasonal music and cultural traditions

Hands-on craft activities inspired by Latin American holiday customs

Festive food and drinks that reflect the flavors of the season

Complimentary candy bags for children and families (while supplies last)
Through music, foodways, art, and story, Fiestas Navideñas invites the community to come together and honor the Christmas traditions cherished across Latin America. The event underscores Texas Folklife’s commitment to celebrating the rich, living traditions that shape our communities and keep cultural heritage vibrant for future generations.
