DALLAS - Campisi's Restaurants has once again partnered with Dallas Fire-Rescue Department (DFR) to ensure that on-duty firefighters can share in the celebration of the Department’s Annual Awards Banquet by providing them with a special dinner.
On Saturday, October 18, 2025, Battalion Chiefs will visit Campisi’s restaurant locations across the city to pick up meals and deliver them to stations where crews are on duty and unable to attend the event in person.
Media are invited to the Campisi’s Lovers Lane location to capture video and interviews as Battalion Chiefs arrive to pick up the meals. Members of the media may also follow a Chief to a fire station to document the delivery and share this feel-good moment with the community.
"Thanks to Campisi's continued generosity, we are able to ensure that all our members, including those on duty, are still a part of our yearly celebration," said Justin Ball, Chief of Dallas Fire-Rescue. "We are grateful for these community partnerships that honor the service and sacrifice of first responders."
