The Bath House Cultural Center is preparing for the buildings Centennial celebration in 2030! We are partnering with the Dallas Public Libraries and their mobile Vivid-Pix Memory Station to scan, record, and archive Bath House Cultural Center memories.
Did you attend events at BHCC as a child? Did you cruise around White Rock Lake with friends? Did you host family reunions in the park by the Bath House building? Was there an exhibition or performance that impacted your art practice?

Check out the schedule in the link below and sign up for a 20 min time slot. We recommend participants write out what they want to record. You can also have some Bath House Cultural Center photos on hand to help you tell your story.

Dallas Public Library’s mobile Vivid-Pix Memory Station is a traveling community scanner and memory recorder for multigenerational families to preserve their voices and stories the way they remember them. Scan and restore a photo or document and record your voice telling the story behind the picture. If you would like to include your items want to have their items to the Dallas Public Library Digital Collections, we ask that participants sign a “deed of gift” for their digital items at the time of the recording.

Open until 10 PM on performance evenings.
Open on Sundays for special events.
