South Dallas Cultural Center Welcomes New Manager with Community Celebration
Free and open to the public for residents, artists, visitors and supporters of the South Dallas Cultural Center (SDCC) this is the change to meet and mingle with new Manager, VanAnthony Williams. Come out and learn more about his vision for the future of the space.
Guests can expect an evening filled with warm welcomes, light refreshments, and engaging conversation celebrating the continued growth of arts and culture in South Dallas.

 Call for Entries: Lakefront Live! Concert Series
The Bath House Cultural Center is now accepting applications for its upcoming Lakefront Live! Concert Series, scheduled for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026.
This vibrant music series features a wide range of genres, deepen community understanding of music, and celebrate many musical traditions and artists that make up the fabric of Dallas.
Local and regional musicians are invited to apply.

Murals on the Move: Clean Sweep! Call for artists NOW OPEN
Closing: August 18, 2025
Our office in partnership with the City of Dallas Department of Transportation and Public Works, is seeking visual artist(s) to design and paint a mural on all sides of a 22ft-long, 7ft-high roll-off container.
This container will travel to neighborhoods as part of the “Clean Sweep!” Program to promote cleaner streets and public rights-of-way.
Selected artist or artist collective will receive a $6K award for the completed artwork, plus $1K for materials and supplies, for a total award of $7K.
