SDFP Area Plan Going to CPC
The South Dallas/Fair Park (SDFP) Area Plan is the culmination of four yeas of work by residents, stakeholders, city staff and the South Dallas/Fair Park task force members. It provides an equitable guide for both future development and neighborhood preservation.
The City Plan Commission (CPC) Public Hearing for the SDPF Area Plan will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025. The Public Hearing will start no earlier than noon. If you're a resident or a stakeholder, there are a few ways to get involved.
