City of Dallas Partners with AARP and Dementia Friendly Dallas to Flip the Script on Aging and Celebrate Older Americans Month

DALLAS- The Office of Community Care & Empowerment, AARP, and Dementia Friendly Dallas invite you to join in the celebration of Older Americans Month. This event encourages us all to reimagine aging, become a Dementia Friend, and explore valuable resources through fun, interactive activities.

Highlights of the event include:

• Dance Workshop: Michael D. Childs

• Dementia Friend Session: Jane Hunley

• Resource exploration to empower older adults and their families
