City of Dallas recognizes the artistic talent of employees on National Employee Appreciation Day

DALLAS -The Office of Arts and Culture announces the return of the biennial Illuminating Dallas Employee Art Show (IDEAS) and invites you to witness the artistic talent of City of Dallas employees.   

From March 3 through May 30, selected artwork submitted by City of Dallas employees will be displayed in various locations throughout City Hall. The exhibit is a unique opportunity to explore the artistic expressions of those who serve the city of Dallas.  

In honor of this occasion, City leadership will host an Opening Reception on National Employee Appreciation Day, recognizing the talented artists who make this art show possible.  

The reception will take place on Friday, March 7 from noon – 1 p.m. in the Dallas City Hall lobby. Attendees can enjoy refreshments, celebrate the artists, and participate in a tour of the artistic work on display.

Admission: Free
