Join us at the Inaugural "214 Day: Show Love for Dallas"!
The Office of Arts and Culture will be hosting the inaugural "214 Day: Show Love for Dallas" a celebration of the city’s vibrant culture and artistic spirit.
Attendees are invited to immerse themselves in an unforgettable artistic experience that showcases the diversity and creativity of Dallas.
One of the standout features of the event will be a community quilt unveiling, a collective masterpiece that symbolizes the unity and unique expressions of the city’s thriving, inclusive community.
Guests will enjoy light bites, live entertainment, and interactive activities that celebrate the essence of #DallasCulture.

 Call for Applications:
2025 Non-Profit Summer Residency Program
Artistic and cultural organizations are invited to apply for the eight-week residency that will take place at two locations in separate Dallas districts, targeting areas without OAC cultural centers to foster new community connections.
Selected organizations receive space and support to deliver arts programming.
Apply by February 17, 2025.

 Call for Artists:
Old East Dallas Work Yard Park Public Art Opportunity
Artists are invited to submit proposals for a Public Art Installation at the Old East Dallas Work Yard Park.
The artwork should celebrate the neighborhood’s cultural heritage, fostering community pride and engagement. The project budget is $95,000 to cover design, fabrication, and installation.
Proposal Deadline: March 7, 2025

Moody Fund for the Arts Opens Applications for 2025 Grants
The Moody Fund for the Arts (MFA) has officially opened applications for its 2025 grant cycle, providing small and mid-sized Dallas arts organizations with vital funding to support their creative projects.
Last year, MFA awarded $450,000 in grants to 59 organizations, empowering them to bring innovative and impactful artistic experiences to the community. This year, the fund continues its mission to uplift Dallas-based arts organizations, offering flexible financial support to fuel artistic excellence and cultural engagement.
Eligible organizations are encouraged to apply before the deadline on February 18, 2025, at noon.
