The City of Dallas and nonprofit partner HELP (Hope. Encourage. Love. Protect.) invite the community to join us for the 43rd Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Parade, powered by Accident and Injury Chiropractic, on Saturday, January 18, beginning at 10 a.m. from the Fair Park Pennsylvania entrance.
This year’s parade honors the theme “A Life of Service and Sacrifice,” with the family of Officer Darron Burks serving as the Grand Marshals.
The City of Dallas is honored to announce Martin Luther King III as a special guest in this year’s parade. As a leading advocate for social justice and freedom, his participation in the parade underscores the city's commitment to continuing Dr. King’s legacy of unity, peace, and service to the community. He will be joined by Cynt Marshall, Consultant to the Dallas Mavericks President and CEO of Marshalling Resources.
The festivities kick off with the MLK Kickoff Show at 8:45 a.m. in front of the MLK Center, where attendees can enjoy entertainment and prepare for the parade. Be sure to arrive early to secure the best spot to view the parade! Bundle up and expect cold temperatures.
