HEAL Collaborative and Office of Community Care Host Community Conversation on Lung Health

What

The HEAL Collaborative, in partnership with the City of Dallas Office of Community Care, will host an informative session dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles and managing chronic diseases, with a particular focus on lung health.

The conversation will cover:

  • Navigating local healthcare systems
  • Accessing the latest medical treatments and technologies
  • The importance of screening and early detection of lung cancer
  • An overview of treatment options and clinical trials

The event aims to address disparities in lung cancer incidence, diagnosis, and treatment within traditionally underserved communities of color.
