District 8 welcomes UniverSoul Circus to Dallas 

 

What

Mayor Pro Tem Tennell Atkins-District 8 and UniverSoul Circus representatives will announce the details of the 2024 UniverSoul Circus tour held from July 25 to August 11, 2024, at Red Bird Mall in Dallas. Performers will give the City of Dallas employees a sneak peek on Wednesday morning. Attendees will have an opportunity to see firsthand what the Circus offers.
