HIPP Home Repair Application

DALLAS- The City of Dallas Department of Housing & Neighborhood Revitalization will open Home Repair applications from August 19 to 30th. Leading up to applications opening we have 5 weeks of virtual and in-person workshops, available in both English and Spanish, to help residents prepare their applications and answer questions about the program.

The Home Improvement & Preservation Major Systems Repair Program (MSRP) provides home repair assistance up to $24,000, in the form of a forgivable loan, to eligible households for major systems repair. This can include things like replacing an HVAC system, doing electrical or plumbing work, accessibility repairs, and more.

City of Dallas Department of Housing & Neighborhood Revitalization

Eligible applicants: Single-family property owners residing in the City of Dallas whose household income is at or below 80% of the Area Median Income.

When

The Housing Department is hosting a series of summer workshops beginning on July 15th to help residents prepare their applications, and answer questions about the program.
