City of Dallas to Host Welcoming Interactive Conference 

What

The City of Dallas, in collaboration with Welcoming America, is pleased to announce the Welcoming Interactive Conference, scheduled for April 10-12, 2024.  With approximately 30% of Dallas' workforce consisting of immigrants, the conference underscores the City's commitment to fostering a more inclusive environment. This event shines a spotlight on successful practices in immigrant inclusion and advance discussions on racial equity. It expects to draw more than 800 attendees and will feature notable guests such as former Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings and NBA Mavericks champion, 14-time All-Star, and Hall of Famer Dirk Nowitzki.
