City of Dallas Charter Review Commission to Host TeleTownhall for Public Engagement

Dallas - The City of Dallas Charter Review Commission invites the public to participate in a TeleTownhall meeting on Monday April 1 at 6:30 p.m. This virtual event will provide residents with an opportunity to engage directly with members of the commission to discuss proposed changes to the city charter.

The City of Dallas Charter Review Commission is tasked with reviewing and recommending revisions to the city charter, a fundamental document that outlines the structure and powers of local government. As part of this process, the commission seeks input from Dallas residents to ensure that the charter reflects the needs and aspirations of the community.

During the TeleTownhall, participants will have the chance to ask questions, share feedback, and offer suggestions regarding the proposed changes to the city charter. The event will be moderated by the Office of Government Affairs, with presentations from members of the Charter Review Commission.
