What	Dallas 311 allows City of Dallas residents and visitors to request non-emergency City services. This press conference will launch Dallas 311’s rebranding campaign and introduce the upgraded app which provides a more inclusive and equitable experience for Dallas residents by including Spanish translation. The app also provides a new modern and user-friendly design with an improved map functionality for easy navigation. There will be time reserved for questions and answers towards the end. Service request submissions are still available online Dallas 311 Home (site.com) or by calling 311.
