Social Inequities and Wellbeing in the Black Community Event

What

The City of Dallas’ Office of Equity and Inclusion (OEI), in partnership with Dallas County and MetroCare Services, will host an impactful Black History Celebration on mental health and overall wellbeing featuring a panel discussion, insights, and local resources.

Following Dallas County's unanimous resolution in June 2020 recognizing racism as a public health crisis, this event highlights our ongoing efforts to address systemic issues affecting marginalized communities.

This evening event is open to community members, youth, families, and other stakeholders to share and learn more about Mental Health, Wellness, Self-Care and racial disparities. The event will offer a livestream option: bit.ly/cityofdallastv For English, view channel 16. For Spanish interpretation, view channel 95.
