What	Ribbon cutting ceremony for the Smart50 Award Winning Red Cloud Smart Neighborhood Project. The Red Cloud Smart Neighborhood Project was designed to integrate cutting-edge technology to improve the quality of life for Red Cloud Drive residents while improving public safety, digital equity, and the environment.

Where	Ribbon cutting ceremony will be on the corner of Bruton Road and Red Cloud Drive. It will be followed by a celebration at the Inspired Vision Compassion Center located at 2019 North Masters Drive Dallas, TX 75217.
