The Latino Cultural Center presents Hecho en Dallas / Made in Dallas celebrating the 15-Year anniversary of the annual exhibition

DALLAS - The Latino Cultural Center (LCC) proudly announces the return of Hecho en Dallas/Made in Dallas for the 15-Year anniversary of its start.   

There are 46 talented artists from across the Metroplex that will exhibit work through various mediums. Hecho en Dallas will open at 6 p.m., Friday, Sept. 15, 2023 and will run through Saturday, Oct. 14, 2023.  The public is invited to attend an opening reception hosted by LCC from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, Sept. 15.  

The exhibition and reception are free and open to the public.  

“I am excited to bring back Hecho en Dallas as it aligns with our mission to both serve artists and the community by making a wide range of art available to the public,” said Latino Cultural Center Manager, Gerardo Robles. 

The featured artists in Hecho en Dallas are: Angela Aguinga, Jose Barba, Ruth Barba, Fidel Cabrera, Roberto Camargo, Vicki Charlotta, Amy Daniels, Bharathi Dev, Oscar Duran, Brett Dyer, Pedro Escamilla, Celine Espinoza, Ariel Esquivel, Alisa Eykilis, Jacque Forsher, C. Paige Furr, Chris Garcia, Pastor Garcia, Margarita Garza, Sarah Gomez, Sherry Houpt, Karen Jacobi, Braulio Lazon Conde, Jiwon Lee, Ivette Levy, Ivanevid Llamas, Hector Marines, Phoebe Martin, Kennedy Martinez,  Roberta Masciarelli, Julia Mclain, Andrea Mellado, Jeffrey Miranda, Lupita Murillo Tinnen, Elisha Oliver, Adrian Omar, Joseph Penny, Gabrielle Pruitt, Jane Cornish Smith, Jason Stallings, Wendi Valladares, Alexander Vargas, Jose Vargas, Jose Vazques, Keith Williams and  Jessica Zuniga.

The Latino Cultural Center is a division of the City of Dallas’ Office of Arts & Culture. The mission of the Latino Cultural Center is to serve as a catalyst for the preservation, development and promotion of Latino arts and culture in Dallas.
