The journey of Nadia, a 7-year-old, separated from her mother after seeking asylum at the US-Mexico border.
Immediately following the FREE performance of "Ursula, or let yourself go with the wind" TOMORROW, July 20, 2023 at 7pm at the Oak Cliff Cultural Center, we will have a community conversation called "Creating a path towards Collective Healing and Liberation."
The conversation will be facilitated by Nora Soto (Artist & Community Organizer) and will feature panelists Liz Magallanes (Actor, Writer and Community Advocate), Mayra Fierro (Community Youth Activist), and Cristina Salazar (Immigration Attorney).

Liz lives to tell stories of vibrant communities that too often go unseen. She works to highlight the colorful tapestry of stories that are all around us, through film, theatre, and dance.
