City of Dallas hosts 6th Annual North Texas Climate Symposium 

Join the City of Dallas Office of Environmental Quality & Sustainability for the 6th annual North Texas Climate Symposium, featuring keynote speaker Julie Hiromoto, HKS Principal & Director of Integration, ULI Sustainable Development Council member, and Environmental Commission member appointed by Mayor Eric Johnson.   

This year’s symposium, Building Better for Climate: From the Ground Up, will feature remarks from Jaynie Schultz, District 11 Council Member, Kathryn Bazan, Chair of the Environmental Commission, and Carlos Evans, Director of the Office of Environmental Quality & Sustainability. The event will continue with a keynote conversation around climate change and breakout panels focused on brownfields, environmental justice, environmental health, and green buildings. 

Language interpretation services will be provided. The event will also be livestreamed on the City’s YouTube channel.
