You will also learn more about who we are and all that we do, to serve our great City, community, and contracting partners. This newsletter is another way in which we will conduct outreach and extend our services and information on upcoming events. The Office of Procurement Services (OPS) is nationally accredited by NIGP, the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing, as a Quality Public Procurement Department. OPS is responsible for purchasing goods along with general and professional services in compliance with respective prevailing, local, state and federal statues, and provides oversight for contract management across all City departments.
Mission: Provide excellent customer service with strategic and sustainable purchasing, increasing competition, transparency, and equity in all procurement for goods and services.
