City Attorney's Office investigates substandard property conditions

DALLAS - As part of the City’s commitment to holding property owners accountable when they fail to keep tenants safe, the Community Prosecution Section of the City Attorney’s Office has opened a case to investigate the conditions at the Francis Place Apartments at 2121 52nd Avenue and 4810 Lancaster Road. The City is prepared to take all enforcement actions necessary, including litigation, if the property owner does not take immediate action to address identified code violations.
