Introduction to Printmaking Workshop - Día de Muertos Imagery

The Bath House Cultural Center will only display altars and art by printmakers in its annual Día de Muertos exhibition this year. But what if you are not a printmaker? Well, you could register for a free introductory printmaking class with Matt Bagley of Iron Frog Press to learn how to create your very first Day of the Dead print.
The class is on Saturday, August 13. Space is limited to 15 students, so register soon!

Cartonería Workshop: Tree of Life
 August 27- September 17, 2022
The Bath House Cultural Center will offer an art class where students ages 18 and older will make a Tree of Life (Arbol de la Vida) using cartonería (papier-mâché) techniques. This four-week workshop will be held on Saturdays, August 27- September 17, 2022, from 10 AM to 1 PM.
Local artist Lourdes Osorio will teach the classes. If you are interested in participating, please reserve your spot ($20 registration fee). This fee pays for instruction and all supplies used during class. Participants must attend all four sessions to complete their piece. Space is limited to 20 participants.
