City of Dallas and Council Member Narvaez unveil Ceremonial Street Topper for Senior Corporal. Arnulfo Pargas Jr. #8001

What

Council Member Omar Narvaez will join representatives from Dallas Police Department (DPD) and the National Latino Law Enforcement Organization to unveil Ceremonial Sign Toppers in honor of Senior Corporal Arnulfo Pargas, Jr #8001. The sign toppers will be installed on Goldman Street between Dennison Street and Bickers Street. This is the first time a DPD officer will be honored with a ceremonial street topper in the City of Dallas.

“Senior Corporal Arnulfo Pargas was an exemplary public servant. Residents have countless memories of how he helped them and made a lasting impact on their lives. The ceremonial street topper is just a small token of honoring this wonderful public servant,” said Council Member Omar Narvaez.

Senior Corporal Arnulfo Pargas, Jr #8001, also known as “Arnie” to family was born on May 9, 1969 in Dallas, Texas. Arnulfo Pargas married his lovely wife, Antonia Pargas on November 17, 2001. They have 6 children. Arnulfo Pargas graduated from North Dallas High School, which he immediately attended El Centro College, obtaining his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. He followed his lifelong passion as a Dallas Police Officer in 2001.
