The Community Vaccination Center (CVC) at Fair Park continues to serve Dallas residents in the following ZIP Codes:
75042, 75061, 75150, 75210, 75211, 75212, 75215, 75216, 75217, 75220, 75224, 75227, 75228, 75231, 75237, 75241, 75243
DISTRICT 4 ZIP CODES: 75216, 75224, and 75241

Residents must have an appointment to receive the vaccine.
UPDATES FOR THE VACCINATION TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULE
We are partnering up with Dallas County to provide transportation (via bus) to a vaccination site at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, March 16. Here are the requirements:
- You must CURRENTLY LIVE in the following zip codes:
- 75212, 75211, 75215, 75216, 75217, 75227, 75228, 75224, 75203, 75220, 75243, 75241
- If you do not live in these zip codes, you are not eligible for the transportation that is being provided.
- You must be 65 years old.
- You must register over the phone or in person, at Beckley Saner BEFORE getting on the bus! Call 214-670-7595. (We only have 100 slots available and they will fill fast.)
- You MUST register BEFORE Friday, March 12, 2021.
- You MUST be at Beckley before 9 a.m. on Tuesday, March 16th.
If you have any questions, please direct them to Beckley Saner Recreation Center, 214-670-7595. When you call, ask for Akil Simpson or Sandra Booker. Service will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.
