The Dallas Neighborhood Vitality Grant (DNVG) is a great opportunity for your neighborhood to receive funding to implement a neighborhood improvement project! The grant offers up to $10,000 for projects. Reimbursable and non-reimbursable opportunities available.To be eligible for the grant, a representative must attend one Information Session.

The City of Dallas provides a repair and rehabilitation program for single-family, owner-occupied housing units called the Home Improvement and Preservation Program (HIPP). HIPP offers qualified homeowners three different ways to improve their homes through a grant, deferred loan or low-interest loan based on the program the homeowner selects. Learn more or apply here.
