City opens Multi-Agency Resource Center for those impacted by Oct. 20 storms


Dallas, Texas – The City of Dallas continues recovery efforts following the Oct. 20 storms by opening a Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) on Oct. 28 at 9 a.m. at 9509 Midway Road (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints). The MARC will be open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.

The MARC will provide a centralized location for residents to access essential recovery services from many governmental agencies and nongovernmental organizations.

The Red Cross will verify residents’ address and identify which services are needed. Parking is available in the larger South parking lot and enter from the South entrance. Childcare will be provided by Texas Baptist Men, if necessary.

The MARC will be open until at least Friday, Nov. 1.
