Dallas – The Dallas Marshal’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a person of interest associated with alleged injury to an animal in the 4200 block of Bailey Avenue. Surveillance cameras captured the incident on Sunday, March 31, around 8:20 a.m.

The person seen in the surveillance video was driving a black Nissan, with a distinctive aftermarket body kit. In the video, the driver is seen stopping on Bailey Avenue, pulling the dog out of the passenger seat, and driving away. The Marshals believe the dog is a pit bull or pit mix.
