City of Dallas Teams up with Retired NFL Players to Help Build a Home for South Dallas Family

 City of Dallas Housing/Community Services Department Home Repair/ Reconstruction Program teaming up with Retired Professional Football Players of Dallas to help build home for South Dallas family this Friday

 What:            The City of Dallas Housing/Community Services  Department Home Repair/ Reconstruction Program and the Retired Professional Football Players Association of Dallas will begin construction of a new home for South Dallas resident Dorothy Peavy this Friday.  The program provides reconstruction for homes that are not repairable to be demolished and a new home built on the same site to Energy Star codes and requirements.

 Note:              Construction crews will begin framing the house at 7 a.m. Interviews and photo opportunities are available with City of Dallas Housing officials, homeowner Dorothy Peavy and members of the Retired Professional Football Players of Dallas.
