[Friendly Reminder] Franchise Tax Filing Due Date May 15

Thanks for doing business in Texas! As a company that files annual Texas franchise tax reports, we would like to remind you that the reports are due on May 15.

Customer service is our priority, and here are two tips that can make the filing and reporting process easier.

• Save time and file online. Use our secure, electronic WebFile system or approved vendor software.
  
  To file with WebFile, you will need your WebFile number (a six-digit number beginning with XT). This number is in the box in the upper right-hand corner of the annual report due letter we recently mailed to you. (If you haven’t received our letter yet, please be on the lookout.) 
  
  Can’t find your WebFile number? Call 1-800-442-3453 anytime to retrieve it over the phone. Have your 11-digit taxpayer number and identifying information (total revenue from a prior report or the amount of the last tax payment made) ready when you call.
