Coastal Protection Fee Reinstated - Effective March 1, 2014

The General Land Office has certified that the Coastal Protection Fund has fallen below the minimum balance allowed by law.  Therefore, by law, the Coastal Protection Fee will be reinstated effective March 1, 2014.

Crude oil transferred through a marine terminal on or after March 1, 2014, will be subject to the 1.333 cents per barrel fee.

The March return (Form 66-100) will be due on April 30, 2014.
