HB3536 Manufacturer Lists Updated for January 2014
The following manufacturer lists have been updated for January 2014 and can be viewed on our Cigarette/Roll Your Own (RYO) Cigarette Tobacco Product Special Fee web page:
- Settling Manufacturers
- Non-Settling Manufacturers (NSM)
- Subsequent Participating Manufacturers (SPM)
Fee rates remain unchanged for January 2014. New HB3536 fee rates will be calculated and published in January and will take effect Feb. 1, 2014 for 12 consecutive months.
