Re-solicitation of CPA TPASS TxSmartBuy Contracts 200-A1 and 201-A1

 

The Texas Procurement and Support Services, a division of the Texas Comptroller or Public Accounts is currently developing the Request for Proposal for the re-solicitation of the following contracts:

• Contract No. 200-A1 – Clothing and Apparel

• Contract No. 201-A1 - Clothing Accessories

 

These contracts are for plain, off-the-shelf clothing and accessories without customizations.

The purpose of any term contract is to support the needs of statewide customer: state agencies; higher education and Cooperative Purchasing members.

Your input is requested for, but not limited to, improvements, suggestions, updated specifications and requirements, and new items to enhance this contract.

 

New Item suggestions should contain, at a minimum, the following information in Excel or Word document:

• Contract No.

• Item Description with specifications

• Referenced Brand/Manufacturer

• Referenced Product/Part Number

• Unit of Measure (UOM)

• Packaging Requirements

• Estimated annual quantity per UOM

• Delivery location(s)

• Current price being paid

 

The processing of Request for Proposals for term contracts is based on a strict time schedule. Adherence to these schedules must be met to allow other involved departments and sections to complete their work on a timely basis. In order for your comments to be considered, they must be received by Wednesday, September 25, 2013.
