Reminder: You May Need to Create a New Profile to Use WebFile

Introducing TxComptroller eSystems

Our records indicate that you have previously filed a Texas franchise tax report or paid online using WebFile. In the past, users accessed Franchise WebFile through its own online portal. Now users access WebFile through the new TxComptroller eSystems portal.

Getting Started With eSystems

You will likely need to log in as a first-time eSystems user, even if you have filed franchise tax online through the WebFile portal in the past. Then follow these steps:

First, you create a new User ID and password
Then input your 11-digit taxpayer number and corresponding WebFile number (for example, XT666666) to pair the account to your profile.
