Chapter 313 Annual Eligibility Report Due Date Reminder (Form 50-772)

This is a reminder to companies and school districts with limitation agreements regarding the upcoming due date of the Chapter 313 Annual Eligibility Report.

The Chapter 313 Annual Eligibility Report Form (Form 50-772 PDF) should be submitted by an authorized representative of each company to the School District by May 15th of every year using information from the previous tax (calendar) year. School districts should review the submitted forms, and email PDF scans of the completed and signed forms to the Comptroller's office.  

Reports submitted to to the Comptroller's office will be posted online at TexasAhead.
