TxSmartBuy and Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS) Contract Orders

Attention State and Cooperative Member Purchasers:

Please remember that orders against TxSmartBuy Term contracts and Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS) contracts available on TxSmartBuy must be entered through the TxSmartBuy online ordering system. The only allowable exception is for TXMAS orders going directly to an authorized TXMAS dealer. All other orders placed outside of the system are not considered authorized state contract orders and thus do not meet the competitive solicitation requirements nor will they be covered by state contract terms and conditions.
