If you live in a Texas city, you’ve probably seen endless highway projects and a skyline dotted with cranes. People are drawn to Texas for jobs, a low cost of living and a high quality of life. In the October issue of Fiscal Notes, we investigate the state's migration patterns to better understand current trends – and plan accordingly.
