Office of Vehicle Fleet Management (OVFM) Updates

Important reminder: Fiscal 2011 Fleet Data must be entered into the Texas Fleet System (TxFS) by Oct. 31, 2011, as required by Texas Government Code §2171.101.
Fiscal 2012 Electronic Letters of Agreements/Invoices: The fleet system contractor’s annual maintenance charge, system enhancements and direct cost incurred in delivering user training will be issued sometime in November.
Retail Fuel Card contract: The contract has been extended with Comdata through Feb. 29, 2012. Comdata will provide the invoicing of retail fuel excluding applicable taxes beginning Sept. 1, 2011, until the end of the extension period. Although TransMontaigne will no longer be party to the contract, the account username and password will continue to be active. Historical transaction data will remain and be available on the TransMontaigne site for one year (Sept. 1, 2011 through Aug. 31, 2012).
