Contract No. 550-A2 - Traffic Control Devices, Markers, Delineators - Re-solicitation

The Texas Procurement and Support Services (TPASS), a division of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, is currently developing the Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Contract No. 550-A2. The purpose of any term contract is to support the needs of statewide customers: state agencies, higher education and Cooperative Purchasing members. 

Your input is requested for, but not limited to, improvements, suggestions, updated specifications and requirements, and new items to enhance this contract.    

New item suggestions should contain, at a minimum, the following information in Excel or Word format:

  • Contract number
  • Item description with specifications
  • Referenced brand/manufacturer
  • Referenced product/part number
  • Unit of measure (UOM)
  • Packaging requirements
  • Estimated annual quantity per UOM
  • Delivery location(s)
  • Current price being paid

IFB processing for term contracts is based on a strict time schedule. For your comments to be considered, they must be received by Friday, July 29, 2016.
