The 84th Legislature passed a law mandating the creation of a gold bullion depository right here in the Lone Star State. Our office is beginning the process of implementing that legislation to ensure Texans have a secure place to deposit their gold. But did you know our office already holds some gold for Texans through the state's unclaimed property program?
