Curious about what’s being built around Arlington or what new places are opening their doors? The City of Arlington is launching a new video series, “What’s Going There, Arlington?”, to give residents a closer look at new businesses, restaurants, parks and experiences taking shape across the city. Each episode highlights projects that are opening soon, under construction or transforming familiar locations — answering one of Arlington’s most frequently asked questions: "What’s going there?"

Arlington voters will consider a proposal to renew the City's Street Maintenance Sales Tax for another eight years this spring. This sales tax, last approved by Arlington voters in 2018, is set to expire on Jan. 1, 2027. If the renewal is approved by voters, the sales tax would be in place through Dec. 31, 2034, to provide a dedicated funding source for street renewal and maintenance projects.

Love is in the air in Arlington! And this Valentine’s season, it’s also baked right into the menu at The Roll & Berry.
For the latest segment of “Arlington Eats,” host Cynthia Lemus stopped by the newly opened coffee shop. The Roll & Berry has been serving the Arlington community for just one month after years of building a following at farmers markets across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
One of the shop’s featured Valentine’s items is its limited-time heart-shaped cinnamon roll — sweet, festive and made to share.
