The Office of the Metropolitan offers electronic real property and personalty payments online 24 hours a day, seven days a week, Central Standard Time. This convenient way of making your payment is located on our website at nashville.gov/trustee; click pay property taxes. We accept MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and E-Checks. To make a payment, find the property using the drop-down menu "Search By" option and search by entering the property owners' first and last names, bill number, property address, or account number, including the tax year. Helpful Tip: When searching by the street name, don't use words like court, street, road, lane, highway, etc. The system does not recognize these words.
If delinquent taxes exist, the dollar amount is subject to change. If you have questions about your statement, please call the Trustee's Office at 615-862-6330 for payment information.
In October, tax statements are mailed, taxes are due and payable on the first Monday of October. Taxes must be paid in full by the last business day in February of the following year to avoid interest. Read More
There are several convenient ways to pay your bill. You have the option of receiving and viewing your statement online. To receive paperless statements, you must first enroll in e-bill. Sign up for e-bill by logging on to our website: nashville.gov/trustee and click pay property taxes or pay or check your taxes.
1. Look up your property to enroll in e-billing and click "View Bill."
