Seven MNPS schools will collaborate and compete in the “A Bags Life” competition in an effort to make an impact on the environment. The schools will promote the three R’s – reduce, reuse and recycle by collecting plastic bags and clean dry wraps such as newspaper, dry cleaning and bread bags, as well as wraps that cover water bottles, napkins and paper towels
The school collecting the most bags and plastic wraps and the school collecting the most bags per student by Earth Day on Monday, April 22, 2019 will win.
Please help Westmeade Elementary School win the competition by dropping off plastic bags and clean flexible plastic wraps at Westmeade Elementary School during business hours!
