Councilwomen Sheri Weiner is conducting a community meeting in regards to zoning questions.
Are "Tall Skinny Houses" headed our way? What would they mean to your neighborhood? What does our current zoning mean to your neighborhood's future? What do you want your neighborhood's future to look like? What protections are available?How many homes can be built on your property? What are your options?
Water Services staff will be on hand to explain that quarterly increase you just received in the mail.
Codes staff will be on hand to answer property standards questions.
Please join me and Councilwoman Sheri Weiner if you would like to learn about the zoning. The meeting is open to the residents outside of Bellevue Community.

as answer your questions.
