Solid Waste Management Holiday Collection Schedule- Presidents’ Day- Monday, February 16, 2026

City of Memphis government offices will be closed Monday, February 16, 2026, in observance of Presidents’ Day and there will be no solid waste collection for residents served by City of Memphis Solid Waste Management on Monday.

Monday and Tuesday customers should place carts out on Tuesday, February 17. Wednesday through Friday customers should place carts out on their regular collection day. Crews will work overtime to restore the schedule by close of business Friday.

Residents served by Team Waste will receive normal collection during the week of February 16. Place carts at the curb on your regular collection day. Excess trash and yard waste service will be limited that week.
