THE CITY OF MEMPHIS WILL OBSERVE PRESIDENTS DAY- MONDAY, FEBRUARY 17

The City of Memphis government offices will be CLOSED on Monday, February 17, 2025, in observance of Presidents Day. However, all essential services will continue to serve the citizens of Memphis.

There will be NO solid waste collection service for residents serviced by the City of Memphis Solid Waste Management on this day.

• Monday and Tuesday Customers:

          Place your carts out on Tuesday, February 18 for service.

• Tuesday - Friday Customers:

          Place your carts out on your regular collection day for service.

• City crews will work overtime to restore collection by close of business Friday.

Residents serviced by Team Waste will receive normal collection on the week of February 17, 2025. Customers are asked to present their carts at the curb on their regular collection day. Excess trash and yard waste services will be limited for customers the week of the holiday.

Remember to have carts at the curbside by 7:00 AM on collection day.
